The 2,000-acre private preserve also encompasses 3 miles of the Madison River, providing ample private fishing access. There are also 3 private ponds available for fishing to ranch guests.

"Sun West ranch is a remarkable Montana experience. Sun West has trails and private access to Madison river for fishing. The house makes you feel like you are are truly in Montana- you are in a community, however so secluded that you cannot see any neighbors. At the same time you are completely safe and secure. The house is beautifully built in craftsman style by an architect. And it shows- truly one of the best houses we’ve rented via Airbnb. "
